A firm believer in the motto "carpe diem," Stephanie D'Silva leads the Sales and Marketing division at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai.
Stephanie began her career with Fariyas Hotels and Resorts, then moving to Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces Mumbai for nine years. Following her career defining growth within the Taj Hotels in Mumbai, Stephanie moved onto helm the marketing and sales functions at the Westin Mumbai, and then the JW Marriott Juhu.
A Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Xavier’s Institute of Management, Mumbai in International Sales and Marketing, Stephanie is not only known for her business acumen, but also her bubbly personality. Stephanie is an organised and goal-focused leader, who is known to push her team performance by leading from the front and being the best in the competitive set. A true "Bombay" girl at heart, she has a deep understanding of the market, and shares a fantastic rapport with business associates across the board.
In her free time Stephanie enjoys reading fiction, cooking and also loves to unwind with a spa treatment. She has a great sense of humour and can break out in peels of uncontrollable giggles. She is excited about her Four Seasons journey, and embodying the signature Four Seasons brand culture.
