As Director of Sales and Marketing at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Napa Valley, Terrance Kelly oversees all operations of the hotel sales and marketing departments including budget forecasting, staff training and management, group bookings, catering events, advertising, public relations, and programs and initiatives related to maximizing occupancy and food and beverage at the Resort. A veteran of Four Seasons, Terrance’s career within the hotel group began in in 2008, at Four Seasons Atlanta. He then worked at Four Seasons New York before returning to Four Seasons Atlanta as the Group Sales Manager. During his seven combined years in Atlanta and next at Four Seasons Miami, he successfully handled many markets, was a three-time President's Club Winner, and was awarded Four Seasons Americas Sales Manager of the Quarter.
Looking to grow in his career, Terrance accepted a position with Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita as Director of Sales. Based in Mexico, Terrance served as the Assistant Division Head, leading the sales team while offering additional leadership support for reservations, conference services, and marketing and communications.
In June 2020, Terrance became Director of Sales for Nevis and Punta Mita during the restructuring of the sales team. Under his leadership, the team completed thousands of prospecting activities, significantly increased the group rate, and secured nearly USD 20 million in business following the pandemic. Throughout the course of his career, Terrance has become well regarded by his clients, peers, and colleagues for his excellent customer relationships and passion for sales.
Terrance holds a Business Degree from Georgia State University. He loves music and has played piano for more than 20 years and hopes to find a band to jam with in Napa when not enjoying the fine wines of the Valley.
