The 25-year hotel industry veteran brings to his role vast international luxury hospitality experience along with a passion for excellence and a tenacious interest and curiosity to learn from the local culture and community. A dreamer and a believer, Güelman Ros has followed a life’s mission to challenge the paradigms from a young age, originally hailing from Barcelona, Spain before setting out to explore the New World. After earning a degree in Hotel Administration from the Escuela Superior de Hoteleria in Buenos Aires, Argentina and completing the Senior Executive Program at Cornell University.

A self-professed “people person,” Güelman Ros has garnered a reputation as a great ambassador within the community and with different local entities, a skill set he has honed during positions at a number of international luxury hotel brands across the Americas, including Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and InterContinental Hotels Group before joining Four Seasons in May 2014, when he accepted the role as Resort Manager in Punta Mita, Mexico. During his time at Punta Mita, Güelman Ros was a key driver of the Resort’s many recent capital projects, including a major renovation of two specialty suites, as well as a completely new spa and gym.

Now in his second assignment with Four Seasons, Güelman Ros has made the move to the Caribbean from the Pacific Coast, with his versatile and global experience and talent for business solutions having now led him to Nevis where he will impart his own style to delivering great guest and employee experiences via his motivational leadership style. Known for thinking out of the box, Güelman Ros’s great listening skills and ability to multiple languages are sure to help him immerse himself seamlessly into warmth and charm of the Nevisian people and culture.

If all of the above weren’t enough, Güelman Ros enjoys cooking and practicing the saxophone. He is looking forward to discovering and exploring the best diving spots in Nevis, as well as spending as much time as possible in his new tropical paradise home with his wife, Valeria, three children, Tomás, Milagros and Camila, and puppy, Tango.
