Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown Launches the LocA-LIST Package for 2019 Weekend Staycations
A curated package that includes suggested itineraries for health and wellness, food and beverage, and art and culture aficionados
Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown launches The LocA-LIST, an experiential package designed to offer the ultimate in local and authentically crafted experiences, along with exclusive “A-LIST” access that only Four Seasons can provide. The foundation package is available for all weekends throughout the year and includes a two-night stay, in room dining breakfast for two and parking.
In addition to the foundation package, guests can then choose from three diverse 48-hour itineraries, all curated by local experts in Health and Wellness, Food and Beverage, and Art and Culture verticals, and intended to make the most out of a stay in Lower Manhattan. Guests can choose to partake in all of the offerings of a single itinerary or can choose one or multiple experiences from one, two or all three itineraries. The idea is to offer local, domestic and international travellers an authentically local experience, curated by Four Seasons experts.
The Definitive 48-Hour Health and Wellness Itinerary
Curated by Spa Director Tara Cruz, this itinerary is designed to take advantage of the very best health and wellness offerings that Lower Manhattan has to offer.
As a native New Yorker and spa innovator working in the industry for more than 15 years, Cruz says, “New York isn’t necessarily known as the most health centric city in the world, though the self care boom is real in Downtown New York. Being one of the most driven, focused, innovative yet tech and work obsessed cities in the world, we need it more than ever. The easy part was keeping this selection local; the hardest was narrowing it down to just a few favourites!”
The Decadent 48-Hour Food and Beverage Itinerary
Curated by Executive Chef Shaun Acosta, this itinerary will have you traveling throughout Lower Manhattan in search of the ultimate in local libations and decadent treats.
As the Executive Chef for the Hotel and the creator of its Restaurant in Your Room Program, Chef Acosta believes that, “Dining in should be a choice not a necessity. It should be an experience you look forward to that touches all your senses, just as it does when dining in a restaurant. From the presentation to the quality of your dish, the visual appeal and the aroma of a meal prepared with warmth and care, we would like to become your favourite restaurant in the city, no reservations required.”
The Ultimate 48-Hour Art and Culture Itinerary
Curated by Jennifer Famery-Mariani, Curator and Founder of TribecaArt+Culture Night.
With this curated itinerary, explore lower Manhattan’s extraordinarily rich arts and culture landscape – from visual arts adventures to live performances and much more. As Jennifer states, “Downtown’s cultural landscape is so rich and unique that it was challenging to select only a few spots for the itinerary. In my selection, I’ve tried to crystalise how vibrant and diverse the arts scene is downtown - by including a wide range of experiences and venues from high-brow museums to insider’s art spots across the spectrum of the arts.”
The LocaA-LIST foundation package is valid for two-night weekend stays (Friday/Saturday and Saturday/Sunday nights) through December 30, 2019 with rates starting from just USD 595 per night. The package can be booked directly online.
