For two nights only, Pitmaster Jack Arnold will be bringing his gift for grilled fare and enthusiastic flare to The Ocean Club, A Four Seasons Resort, Bahamas. During the Fiery Caribbean Cookout taking place at Ocean Restaurant, guests can indulge in an unparalleled alfresco dining experience featuring carefully curated cocktails compliments of SelvaRey Rum.

Executive Chef Pieter Fitz-Dreyer has designed an expertly crafted menu that touches both land and sea. While Jack Arnold prepares a grilled assortment of world-class meats from KOW live on renowned Big Green Eggs, The Ocean Club’s Culinary Team will be tending to eight live-action stations titled Simply Yours, Arawak Cay, and Seaside Skewers, just to mention a few. Guests should leave room for the divine Sweet Treats station with desserts specially prepared by Executive Pastry Chef Philip Warden.

As the grills heat up, SelvaRey invites guests to cool down with rum recipes specially curated for the event including Grilled Pineapple Mojito, Hollywood Colada and RumRita, which are complimentary for guests dining at the Fiery Caribbean Cookout. SelvaRey’s single estate rums are crafted from harvest to bottle to ensure they are historically tailored by experienced hands and offer the highest quality product with defined notes sure to please the most discerning pallets.
