Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston ushers in the holidays with a selection of gourmet menus. Chef Daniel Burger has created four exquisite offerings to be enjoyed at home or in the Hotel with loved ones.

Christmas Dinner in One+One

Gather with loved ones for an elegant Christmas Dinner in One + One, the Hotel’s chic yet charming restaurant with an abundance of natural light and city views across Boston.

Chef Daniel Burger has designed a delicious three course Christmas menu for guests to enjoy at their leisure throughout the day. Featured appetisers include the options of roasted celery root bisque with toasted hazelnuts and fried sage, or a chicory salad with radicchio, endive, oranges, toasted walnuts, ricotta salata and sherry vinaigrette.

The entrée course offers a selection of roasted duck breast with roasted garlic potato gratin, green beans amandine, poached cranberries, marnier sauce; pan seared seabass with winter squash purée, roasted mushrooms, bacon lardons, brown butter; braised beef short rib with pommes purée, roasted brussels sprouts, yorkshire pudding, sauce meurette; or kabocha squash ravioli with sage scented cream, parmesan cheese, toasted pepitas and cranberries.

The delectable dessert buffet features gingerbread whoopie pies with gingerbread cake and eggnog marshmallow; bûche de noël with chocolate genoise, spiced diplomat cream and chocolate ganache; and chocolate cream pie verrine with Oreo crumb, chantilly and chocolate crémeux.

One + One’s special Christmas menu is offered from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday, December 25, 2021. Adults are USD 149 per person; children are USD 69 per child. Children under the age of five dine complimentary. Wine pairings are also available for an additional USD 60 per person. Reservations are essential and can be made by calling 617 936 4876.

Elevate Christmas at Home

Have Christmas dinner prepared by the culinary team at Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston and enjoy it in the comfort of home among family and friends. The menu features all the trimmings of the traditional Christmas dinner, elegantly packaged and ready to serve family-style.

The appetiser is a delicious chicory salad featuring radicchio, endive, oranges, toasted walnuts, ricotta salata and sherry vinaigrette.

Choose from either a honey glazed bone-in ham with cloves and cherry pineapple sauce or cabernet-braised short ribs with braising jus and wine-soaked fruit as the main course. Dinner comes with a variety of delicious sides including truffle-yukon gold purée, lobster macaroni and cheese, sweet potato casserole, caramelised brussels sprouts and sautéed green beans amandine.

For dessert, enjoy a classic bûche de noël with chocolate genoise, spiced diplomat cream and chocolate ganache.

Christmas dinner will be ready for pick-up on Saturday, December 25, 2021 between 8:00 am and 12:00 noon. Instructions to reheat at home will be included, and if desired, the Hotel team will be happy to carve the ham in advance.

Christmas dinner serves four to six people and is available for USD 590 per family. A selection of wine pairings is also available at various prices per bottle. Indulge with In Room Dining

Indulge in an in-room celebration with a specialty Christmas In-Room Dining menu created by Chef Daniel Burger. Sit back, relax and enjoy the most incredible views across Boston, while dining on a bespoke menu with all of the traditional trimmings including a choice of a roasted celery root bisque with toasted hazelnuts and fried sage or a chicory salad with radicchio, endive, oranges, toasted walnuts, ricotta salata and sherry vinaigrette. For the entrée, savour a 16 ounce roasted prime ribeye with parmesan potato purée, green bean casserole and natural jus. For dessert, enjoy a classic bûche de noël with chocolate genoise, spiced diplomat cream and chocolate ganache.

The specialty Christmas In-Room Dining menu is available from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm on Christmas Day for USD 115 per adult or USD 45 per child. Children under the age of five dine complimentary. A selection of wine is also available at various prices per glass and bottle.

One Dalton’s Christmas family buffet includes all the trimmings of the traditional Christmas dinner featuring local farm-to-table ingredients and a selection of homemade festive desserts.

Featured appetisers include roasted celery root bisque with toasted hazelnuts and fried sage and a chicory salad with radicchio, endive, oranges, toasted walnuts, ricotta salata and sherry vinaigrette.

Select two main dishes from a menu of honey glazed bone-in ham with cloves and cherry pineapple sauce; sea bass with Provençal spices and tomato sauce; and cabernet-braised short ribs with braising jus and wine-soaked fruit.

Dinner comes with a variety of delicious sides including truffle-yukon gold purée, macaroni and cheese, sweet potato casserole and caramelised brussels sprouts.

Finish with a delightful dessert selection featuring gingerbread whoopie pies with gingerbread cake and eggnog marshmallow as well as bûche de noël with chocolate genoise and chocolate ganache.

The Christmas family buffet is available for USD 185 per adult or USD 69 for children under the age of twelve. Children under the age of five dine complimentary. A full bar package is available at USD 40 per person (for the first hour) and USD 20 per person for each additional hour. A selection of wine is also available at various prices per glass and bottle

Private events can also be enhanced with a turnkey décor and ambiance package that includes themed floral, chargers, beautiful linens, elegant dining chairs and background music. The Hotel also offers on-site valet parking at a preferred price for all event attendees.
