Home to some of the city’s most innovative cuisine, One+One at Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston is reopening seven days a week for breakfast and brunch under the helm of Chef Daniel Burger in early November 2021.

Located on the second floor of the Hotel, the chic and charming restaurant features views across Boston and abundant natural light with renowned Four Seasons service. Offering an ideal setting for a mid-week breakfast or a leisurely weekend brunch with friends and family, One+One is certain to be the next culinary destination in Boston.

Weekday Breakfast

Hotel guests and local Bostonians are invited to enjoy daily breakfast at One +One with both buffet and a-la-carte options. The Buffet features baked goods including croissants, muffins and coffee cake and cold items such as Chef’s signature parfait with whipped Greek yoghurt, strawberry gelee and tropical fruit salad; acai parfait with acai berry puree, hemp seed, sliced strawberries and granola; and fresh sliced fruit and berries. Hot options include steel-cut oatmeal, scrambled eggs, bacon and turkey sausage, breakfast potatoes. Guests can also opt for eggs prepared any style to their liking.

Alternatively, the a-la-carte menu features a Maine lobster omelet featuring fresh Maine lobster, chives, gruyere cheese and sautéed asparagus; Japanese steamed egg with savoury egg custard, peekytoe crab salad, mushroom and English peas; lemon ricotta pancakes with lemon curd and whipped ricotta; One Dalton quiche (vegetarian); and Chef’s special avocado toast with seeded country sourdough bread, poached eggs, heirloom tomatoes, shaved radish and sorrel.

A full selection of tea and coffee, cold brew, smoothies and juice are also available. The bar also features a selection of Mimosas, Bloody Marys and Bellinis.

One + One is open for breakfast from 6:30 to 11:00 am daily, Monday to Friday.

The Breakfast Buffet is USD 39 per adult; USD 24 per child (5+). Children under the age of 5 dine complimentary.

The Brunch Experience

Reconnect with friends and family in a fun and lively environment while enjoying the best from the culinary team at One Dalton. Brunch at One+One begins in early November and is offered every Saturday and Sunday until 2:00 pm.

For a lighter start to the day, guests can choose to order from the a-la-carte menu, available from 6:30 to 9:30 am on weekends. The menu features Chef’s specialties including crab cake eggs benedict; croque monsieur and croque madame; smash burger; pastrami sandwich; skillet baked cinnamon roll with pecans, cream cheese icing and toffee sauce to name a few.

For those wishing to indulge a little more, One+One offers a delicious brunch experience from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm every weekend. Brunch includes a hot and cold buffet that features assorted pastries, fruits, parfaits, salads, cheese selection and desserts. Guests are also invited to select one a-la-carte entrée and a choice of coffee, tea or juice.  

One+One offers a selection of specialty cocktails including the One Dalton Bloody Mary, a seasonal Mimosa, Bellini and the Beantown Brew featuring Boston Harbor coffee liqueur, vanilla infused vodka, Umbra cold brew and vanilla cold foam.

Featured champagnes include Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée, Billecart-Salmon Brut Reserve, Zardetto prosecco and JCB sparkling rosé.

The weekend a-la-carte menu is offered from 6:30 to 9:30 am on Saturdays and Sundays.

The Brunch Experience is offered from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays for USD 79 per adult; USD 40 per child (5+). Children under the age of 5 dine complimentary.
