One Dalton launches daily dinner and weekend brunch inspired by New England coastal favourites
Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston is celebrating summer with new elevated culinary concepts across the Hotel’s restaurants. Chef Daniel Burger and his talented team have transformed the dining experience at Trifecta to feature a full service dinner menu and enhanced One+One’s popular weekend brunch to become Boston’s only luxury buffet brunch.

We first made our mark on the food and cocktail scene here with our popular Afternoon Tea and delicious craft cocktails. Now the team is enthusiastic about the opportunity to showcase our passion and creativity to our guests as we launch our new contemporary dinner concept and our signature Four Seasons brunch, both inspired by the bounty of the New England coast,” says Chef Burger.
Dinner Inspired by New England’s Coast
Trifecta, the vibrant restaurant and cocktail lounge, is launching a new dinner concept and refreshed cocktail menu. Chef Burger curated a menu with a creative take on New England classics, such as the Surf & Turf Burger, house made Crab Carbonara and comforting New England clam chowder. Every item on the menu is crafted to perfection with locally-sourced ingredients and aromatic herbs and spices.
The new cocktail menu highlights the most popular One Dalton art-centric drinks such as the Feeling Nostalgic inspired by The Treasure House of Memory created by artist Raul De Nieves and on view at the Institute of Contemporary Art. The new menu also pays homage to cocktail classics with a Trifecta twist such as the One Dalton Manhattan and One Dalton Espresso Martini.

Boston’s Only Luxury Buffet Brunch
At One+One, the beautiful and bright restaurant on the second floor, guests will delight in the restaurant’s new signature brunch, the only luxury brunch buffet in Boston. The buffet-only brunch features a New England-inspired Raw Bar, favourites such as smoked salmon, delicious salads, and avocado toast as well as Chef-led stations to curate delicious egg dishes, eggs benedict, handmade pasta and a meat carving station. The grand finale for weekend brunch ends on a sweet note with a decadent selection of pastries by the One Dalton pastry team. Guests will also enjoy specialty hot beverages such as the Rose Pistachio Latte or the new Bubbles & Spritz menu featuring the One Dalton Mimosa Mixer, to create Mimosas right at the table with a choice of orange, grapefruit, strawberry or pineapple juice and a bottle of prosecco.

Tea Time is a Colourful and Bright Way to Spend the Weekend
Celebrate and savour the summer weekends in Boston with Trifecta’s Afternoon High Tea. Designed as a contemporary take on the classic afternoon tea, tea time features eclectic tea sandwiches, freshly baked scones, unique sweets and bespoke blends of local favourite J’enway Tea Co. Trifecta’s mixologists artfully pair each tea with a liqueur or spirit to elevate the flavour, based on the tea selection and flavour profile.
