Gina Thomas first joined the Four Seasons family back in 2002, returning to the brand in 2018 as Director of Residences at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla.  A seasoned luxury property manager and hospitality professional, Gina brings a depth of experience to her position at One Dalton Street, Boston.

“I love this business.  I strive to create an environment where the resident owner is made to feel that this is place where they are meant to be,” smiles Gina.  “Of course, the commitment to professionalism and service is there, but moreover, I want us to create genuine connections with our residents and make their experience with us one that is fun and joyful.”

Born in Phoenix, Gina was raised in Seattle, and developed a strong resume on home soil in hospitality and property management, before moving onto the international stage, beginning with a five-year spell at Four Seasons Resort Seychelles, and most recently Anguilla.  For Gina and her husband Anthony, this latest move taking them back to the United States feels more like coming home than the latest chapter in a stellar career path, making them feel settled almost immediately.

“We both love the city.  It’s so walkable, full of history and it feels almost European to us.  We love Boston and see ourselves here for the long term,” she explains.

Gina is not only feeling at ease with the city of Boston, she is already familiar with the team on property, having supported the pre-opening of Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston through the company’s much-admired task force environment, which brings together the best talent across the portfolio to support the opening of new properties.

“Four Seasons is known across the industry as a great place to work.  But the strength of togetherness of the team here at One Dalton Street is quite remarkable,” says Gina.  “It really makes me feel so proud and honoured to have been invited back to join the team on a permanent basis.”

Gina’s passions outside of work list a range of sports and outdoor activities, that will keep her and her husband busy in their free time.  With a love of baseball, Gina has already visited Fenway Park, although freely admitted to divided loyalties when it comes to supporting the Red Sox and her first love, the Seattle Mariners.

“I cheer for both teams!” laughs Gina, demonstrating a fun, approachable side that her residents have come to know and love in her role to connect with One Dalton Street’s owners.
