As the Chef Concierge of Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco, Andreas Rippel is not only a concierge, but a travel agent, personal assistant, wedding planner and anything else he needs to be, given a guest’s request. From creating weekend plans for the most discerning of guests to arranging an elaborate wedding in less than 24 hours, according to Rippel, “everything is to be arranged.” With more than fifteen years as a member of the family of Four Seasons, Rippel’s attention to detail and devotion to service sets him apart among his peers in the industry.

From securing private boats to luxury cars and private jets, Rippel’s team at the Concierge desk at Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco is on hand to fulfill even the most extreme requests and desires. In one year, Rippel makes more than 14,000 dinner reservations and plans around 10,000 “off the beaten path” itineraries that he customises for each guest of the Hotel.

Rippel has also unofficially taken on the role as the Hotel’s head wedding planner. Within a 24-hour turnaround time, Rippel is known to find a florist, secure an officiator for the ceremony, set up a personal shopping experience for both the bride and groom, provide a witness and is on hand to help with anything else the couple requests. At the drop of a hat, Rippel has created some of the most fabulous weddings to grace Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco.

Rippel’s expertise goes well beyond the city’s elaborate history, winding streets and of course iconic trolley cars. Both San Francisco-insider and concierge extraordinaire, Rippel knows that there is so much more to do in the City and is ready to show Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco guests the way.
