As the Director of Catering for Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco for the past ten years, Robinson has perfected the art of creating dream weddings and successful business events in the Hotel's versatile ballroom and meeting space. He specializes in over-the-top events, while making sure to minimize impact on the environment. At Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco he spearheaded the catering department's green initiatives including eliminating table linens, which immensely reduced the Hotel’s water usage. The change resulted in the Hotel updating the ballroom furnishings to a more streamlined look with contemporary furniture, which has been extremely popular for hip San Francisco weddings and Bay Area’s high-tech company events.
Robinson’s roots in the Bay Area run deep, where he has lived since moving to San Francisco in 1991. Prior to working with Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco, Robinson worked at The Ritz-Carlton San Francisco and the Park Hyatt San Francisco where he quickly climbed the ranks from assistant room service manager to director of special and corporate events. While working with Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco, Robinson was awarded Manager of the Quarter in 2009 for his excellence in his leadership.
