Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Launches Valentine’s Day Specials

Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe, an enchanting luxury boutique retreat comprised of 65 intimate casitas surrounded by rugged mountainous beauty, is celebrating Valentine’s Day with culinary delights, a limited-time date night series, romantic spa treatments and Galentine’s Day shopping social event.  

Terra, the Resort’s signature restaurant serving elegant and inventive cuisine, is offering a splendid Valentine’s Day menu by Chef de Cuisine Alejandro Di Bello. The three-course meal for two (USD 95/person) consists of a choice between Burrata Salad with heirloom tomatoes, arugula, fresh pesto and toasted New Mexican piñon nuts or Seafood Bisque with pan-seared bay scallops and micro basil to start. The main course options include Lobster Risotto with poached lobster tail and black truffle or Wagyu Ribeye with New Mexican-raised wagyu, potato gratin and roasted heirloom carrots. For dessert, guests can enjoy the Strawberry Chocolate Dome with champagne anglaise, chocolate galette and strawberry mousse. The decadent dinner is only available Tuesday, February 14, 2023 and reservations are encouraged.

For those looking to extend the day of love, Terra is also hosting Date Night February from Sunday, February 19 to Thursday, February 23, 2023. The limited-time specialty menu for two (USD 100/person) includes Parrillada Mixta – Latin American Grill with skirt steak, grilled chicken breast, chorizo sausage, pork brochettes, provolone cheese with oregano, red bell peppers and topped with chimichurri and criolla sauce along with a Spanish-inspired sweet treat for dessert. Additionally, Wine Flights (USD 35/person) are available to toast to romance. The Date Night February menu is available between 5:00 and 9:00 pm.

At The Spa, self-care is getting a Valentine’s Day spin with Heart Chakra specials offered only during the month of February 2023. The Heart Chakra Facial (USD 295) is an 80-minute treatment featuring rose quartz crystals with beauty-enhancing energy to brighten and nourish the skin for a rosy glow. For an additional boost of wellness, the 80-minute Heart Chakra Massage (USD 295) offers a fourth heart chakra massage infused with a subtle rose blend body oil, grounding rose hand and foot scrub and brightening rose quartz eye mask. Also available is the Heart Chakra Couples Massage (USD 500 for 50 minutes or USD 630 for 80 minutes) infused with a subtle rose blend body oil, energy balancing scalp massage and brightening rose quartz eye mask along with a post-treatment glass of rosé and rose truffles in a private spa courtyard. The Heart Chakra Manicure (USD 65) and Heart Chakra Pedicure (USD 85) offer an awakening experience with a rose petal soak, exfoliating rose hand and/or foot scrub and energy balancing rose quartz eye mask finished with the perfect polish and a glass of rosé and rose truffles.

Additionally, The Art of Heart Yoga (USD 18/person, complimentary for Resort guests) is available Monday, February 13, 2023 at 5:30 pm and Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at 10:30 am for a 60-minute energetic flow to spark connection through deep heart and hip openers fuelled by intentional music, community, rosé bubbles and bites. Private couple sessions (USD 150) are also offered by reservation only. To celebrate friendship, The Spa is presenting the Galentine’s Day Sip, Spa & Shop Social (USD 50/person) available Monday, February 13, 2023 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. Guests will enjoy a rose quartz eye mask, the opportunity to curate their own rejuvenating bath salts, receive 15 percent savings on retail items at The Trading Post and indulge with bubbles and bites.  

For a romantic getaway, reservations for Date Night February at Terra or Heart Chakra experiences at The Spa will receive 25 percent guest room savings. Locals also receive 25 percent savings on the best available rate, 15 percent savings on food and beverage along with guaranteed early check-in/late check-out. For room reservations between February 6 and 20, 2023, guests will be treated to complimentary champagne and chocolate strawberries upon arrival.
