Talavera offers new interactive dinner experiences

This summer, Talavera at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North invites Latin food lovers to experience one-of-a-kind interactive dinners featuring live action cooking stations, tableside preparations and the opportunity to learn about unique dishes and cocktails.

On June 13, 2019, Talavera will feature the cuisine of Brazil and Argentina with a South American Churrascaria. The dinner will feature churrascaria-style dining with tableside carved meat, wines from Argentina, live action cooking stations and the classic cocktail from Brazil – the Caipirinha.

On July 18, 2019, Chef Samantha Sanz will treat diners to a culinary journey to the south of Spain with Summer in Andalusia.  Guests will be able to explore different styles of sherry and the authentic foods of southern Spain. A sherry cobbler welcome drink, an interactive sherry tasting, tableside offerings, live action cooking stations and Spanish wines will be featured.

On August 29, 2019, the cuisine of Peru and Columbia take centre stage with Talavera’s Latin Heat dinner.  The menu will focus on fresh seafood, such as Peruvian ceviche, and a variety of chilies.  Guests will be welcomed with a Pisco Sour, the traditional cocktail of Peru, and then led on a fun-filled evening featuring Peruvian and Colombian dishes.

On September 19, 2019, Talavera brings its summer series to a close with a tribute to the lively city of San Sebastian in Spain’s mountainous Basque Country. Nights in San Sebastian will feature a live action cooking station, flowing tapas and beverage pairings to replicate San Sebastian’s favourite pastime, tapas bar hopping.
