Goldfinch Tavern, an Ethan Stowell Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle, is now open for dine-in service and offering a special menu just in time for Father's Day on Sunday, June 21, 2020.

For families looking to celebrate fathers and father figures, Chef Emmanuel Calderon’s Father’s Day special takes the planning and prep out of the picture and leaves the grilling and chilling to him and his culinary team.

The meat-centric feast features a 32 ounce grilled tomahawk steak with two loaded baked potatoes, and a 64 ounce growler with a choice of beer from neighbouring brewery Pike Brewing Company. Available for brunch or dinner, the special serves two. Goldfinch Tavern’s a la carte brunch and dinner menus are also available to order from.

With the return of indoor dining in Seattle, Goldfinch Tavern’s popular weekend brunch returns with a new format. Favourite brunch dishes are served in a three-course menu, along with the popular bottomless Mimosas for adults.

Goldfinch Tavern’s signature dishes such as the cedar plank king salmon, simply grilled halibut, and the Goldfinch Burger are available for dinner, along with crafted cocktails and local wines and brews.

With views of Elliott Bay, the Seattle Great Wheel and the Olympic Mountains, the light-filled restaurant spans the length of the luxury hotel and has ample seating for guests to safely enjoy a Pacific Northwest meal.

Reservations are required. Goldfinch Tavern is available for dine-in only with new hours: dinner daily from 5:00 to 9:00 pm; lunch on Fridays from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm; weekend brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm; and a midday menu on Fridays to Sundays from 2:00 to 5:00 pm.
