Originally from Wisconsin, Erin Meyer brings a wealth of experience in managing luxury spas, salons and beauty schools across her home state and in California. She’s had the opportunity to excel in all facets of the industry, making her an ideal Director of Spa to ensure a high level of service, education and smooth operations at The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle, the city’s highest rated Forbes Travel Guide spa.
“Working with top-of-the-line salons and spas, I have always been passionate about providing a memorable experience for guests and team members alike,” says Meyer. “There was no question that Four Seasons was the place I wanted to be, with its unparalleled level of customer service.”
Most recently, Meyer joined the property from the Skn Bar RX, where she was the medical spa manager. Prior to that, Meyer was the general manager for Neroli Salon & Spa in Milwaukee. She’s also overseen sales and marketing at Lash Addict and Edgeless Beauty Group; and held management positions with Aveda.
“At The Spa, I’m excited to bring our spa technology and product offerings to another level,” adds Meyer. “Technology and product lines are always evolving, and we plan to stay attuned to what our guests’ needs are and what our expert estheticians know to be best for their skincare and wellness.”
The 6,000-square-foot (560 square metre) facility features eight treatments rooms, including a couples' suite with a private soaking tub. Separate men's and women's changing areas each offer a eucalyptus steam room, and a relaxation lounge is available for pre- and post-treatment pampering. In addition to massage, guests of The Spa can choose from a full range of calming and revitalizing services, including skincare, facial, manicure and pedicure.
Bringing a passion for wellness and the outdoors, Meyer enjoys hiking, biking, kayaking and camping.
“What I love most about Seattle are the endless opportunities for scenic hikes in close proximity,” says Meyer.
