Hosting a Thanksgiving dinner at home is never easy. Hence, this holiday the chefs at Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley will help patrons relax and have the chefs take the culinary reins. The Thanksgiving Dinner To Go order may be placed up to seven days prior to Turkey Day and chefs will get to work, leaving hosts free time that can be spent with family and friends. Menu highlights include the signature butter basted young turkey with all traditional accompaniments including Beechers cheddar whipped mashed potatoes, smashed yams, roasted squash, baby carrots and parsnips. Also included is a celeriac and roasted apple soup. Choice of dessert includes pumpkin pie or white chocolate cheesecake with caramelized apple.

Inspired by the best seasonal produce, the talented chefs at Quattro create a memorable feast including a roasted leg of lamb carving station, cold appetizer buffet, hand crafted charcuterie, choice of entrée from buttermilk brined turkey to ash-crusted beef tenderloin and smoked salmon and traditional accoutrements and more, finished with a decadent dessert buffet by Pastry Chef Guillermo Soto.
