Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley Feeds the Soul by Reviving Gospel Brunch This Black History Month

To mark Black History Month, Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley revives its popular Gospel Brunch all month of February

Gospel Brunch is an occasion to celebrate tradition and joyful family reunions with a grateful spirit. In keeping with this spirit Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley celebrates Black History Month by offering a Gospel Brunch comprising of delicious food and live, uplifting music in Quattro restaurant every Saturday and Sunday in February 2023. The Gospel Brunch experience features local talent performing both traditional and contemporary Gospel songs as guests enjoy an unforgettable menu.

The luxury Hotel is also supporting a local, Black-led organization New Creation Home, which provides a safe and loving home for at-risk pregnant and parenting mothers and their children, located in East Palo Alto. During Black History Month Four Seasons will be by donating a portion of the proceeds from the sale of buttermilk fried chicken and waffle, a signature southern specialty item that is on the Gospel Brunch menu.

General Manager of Four Seasons Silicon Valley Adora Manalo says, “Celebrating Black History Month by offering Gospel Brunch in our Hotel is our way of paying homage to our Hotel’s history and our location, which was once heavily populated by members of the Black community. The intention is to focus attention on the contributions of African Americans to the United States and honour all Black people from all periods of US history and the present time. Furthermore, we are delighted to support a local charity by dedicating proceeds from the sale of a dish on the menu."

The Gospel Brunch menu

Guests can order dishes off a special a la carte Gospel brunch menu available only during the month of February at Quattro restaurant as they enjoy live music. Dishes such as buttermilk biscuits and gravy, blackened steak and eggs, Southern short rib burger, fried buttermilk chicken and waffle and sweet potato pie among other favourites will be featured.
