Four Seasons Hotel Singapore celebrates Mother’s Day with a variety of dining experiences and gift options.

Mother’s Day Six-Course Set Menu at Jiang-Nan Chun

Crafted by Executive Chinese Chef Albert Au, spoil Mum with an authentic Cantonese Michelin-starred experience that showcases the best of Jiang-Nan Chun.

Begin with a roast trio of honey glazed pork collar, crispy pork belly and roasted duck followed by the warm comfort of double-boiled chicken soup with fish maw and snow lotus seeds. Next, savour a delicately braised star garoupa fillet with Japanese radish in superior stock, braised Boston lobster and poached rice with assorted seafood and minced ginger. A nourishing fresh milk pudding with bird’s nest and yam paste brings the celebration to a wholesome, holistic finale.

Mother’s Day Sunday Semi-Buffet Brunch at One-Ninety

Dive into a magnificent selection of Maine lobster, king crab, avruga caviar, diamond clam and tiger prawn on ice at One-Ninety. A fresh salad bar and enticing spread of appetisers such as poached asparagus with truffle vinaigrette; deep-sea crab with roasted fennel; pork meat loaf with port wine and more await.

Complement a choice of entrée with four stellar "live" stations, including salt-baked deep sea whole garoupa with tomato salsa and yuzu soy; slow roasted angus rib eye with herbs and garlic; apple wood-smoked Peking duck; roasted pork shoulder with chipotle spices, roasted potatoes wedges and grilled corn.

Round up the celebrations with more than 20 handpicked cheeses and a decadent selection of desserts crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Audrey Yee, a Four Seasons veteran and graduate of the renowned Le Cordon Bleu School in London.
