As buds and blooms pave the way for spring, join Cinder House for an a la carte Easter brunch and Easter To-Go menu that highlight fresh produce from local farmers in the heart of the Midwest.  

On Sunday, April 4, 2021 dine outdoors on the expansive Cinder House Sky Terrace or secure a table next to the floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the lush terrace and Gateway Arch. Relax in a sophisticated and comfortable environment while indulging in brunch menu highlights that feature prime ribeye steak and eggs, fluffy blueberry pancakes and house-made avocado toast with candied pecans and local microgreens. Sip on bottomless Mimosas and Bloody Marys or craft cocktails, while basking again in the feeling of dining out.  

With limited celebratory outings this past year, take the opportunity to snap a photo with family or friends under the festively decorated frame on the 8th floor of Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis, near the entrance of Cinder House restaurant. Local floral designer Roel Ventura will adorn the oversized structure with fresh tulips and spring décor, providing a beautiful way to celebrate the day. 

At-home hosts can enjoy time with family and friends, knowing a lavish spread curated and prepared by the Cinder House culinary team awaits. Easter To-Go serves six people and features the following menu:

Reservations for Easter brunch are required and available from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm on Sunday, April 4, 2021 and can be made by calling 314 881 5759 or visiting cinderhousestl.com. Bottomless Mimosas and Bloody Marys are available for USD 30 per person. Easter To-Go orders feed six and are available for USD 225, excluding tax and gratuity; orders must be placed by March 29, 2021.
