Make Way for Rosé - Launching Labor Day Weekend at Cinder House restaurant is a new “by-the-glass” menu featuring ten rosé wines to choose from.  These include popular Provençal favourites Whispering Angel and Miraval, as well as the opportunity to taste selections from Italy, Spain, Germany, Brazil, California, and other regions in France.  It’s the perfect ending to a perfect summer.

DINE! American Summer Comfort Food – In addition to its impressive dining menu, Cinder House restaurant will be using its unique live-fire cooking technique to serve some great American summertime favourites all weekend long.  Think grilled wagyu steaks paired with a decadent mac ‘n cheese and tasty street corn.  Long weekends are made for brunch, which will be served Saturday, Sunday and Monday until 1:00 pm.  In addition to the new rosé offerings, guests can indulge in a brunch entrée and graze at a buffet of charcuterie, fruit, baked goods, patisserie, and desserts.
