Cinder House Debuts Exclusive New House Beer
Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis ushers in patio weather and easy sipping at the rooftop bar with the debut of an exclusive new Cinder House beer created in partnership with local Urban Chestnut Brewing Company.
With a “new world meets old world” brewing approach, the talented team of Urban Chestnut Brewing Company led by Florian Kuplent and David Wolfe have created a lager that pays homage to the popular Brazilin Beer, Xingu. An early pioneer of the craft beer movement in Brazil, Xingu is an easy sip, with aromatic notes of sweet fruits and progresses to a slightly charred undertone – proving to be a great companion for South American dishes.
“Complementing our South American vibe, it was important that we create light bodied lager that is easy-drinking and light on the palate, says Director of Outlets, Casey Fults. A malty flavor with slight notes of cocoa pair well with menu items that include the ever popular charred onion dip, Carne de Onca, and Piri Piri Chicken.
Available exclusively on draft, the Cinder House beer is available for USD 7 in Cinder House Bar and Restaurant and on the outdoor Rooftop Bar.
