MARE Presents “Savor the Summer” at Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club, A Monthly Tasting Menu Featuring Three Courses of Favourites
Endless summer indeed! Held over by popular demand and inspired by the simplicity of coastal Italy, MARE by Le Sirenuse Miami will continue to feature its exclusive tasting menu made up of distinctive Mediterranean specials at Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club. Until the end of October 2019, choose from Chef Antonio Mermolia’s favourite selections of crisp salads, homemade pasta, fresh seafood dishes and expertly layered confections.
Start with the insalata di fagioli bianchi as an appetiser, a refreshing salad made up of white beans, kale, pecorino and lemon dressing. Follow with spigola, a roasted striped bass filet as the entreé of choice. Indulge in a sommelier-paired wine for the first two courses before satisfying a sweet tooth with torta del giorno, the featured cake of the day.
“Savor the Summer is an homage to classic Mediterranean cuisine that’s equal parts simplistic and elevated. Each of these dishes pays tribute to my hometown in Southern Italy by way of technique and ingredients,” commented Chef de Cuisine Antonio Mermolia.
Available Monday through Saturday from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm, MARE’s Savor the Summer menu will transport visitors to Positano with each bite. Children are welcome to explore à la carte options upon request.
