With Thanksgiving approaching in November, Chef de Cuisine Antonio Mermolia dreamed up another menu layered with seasonal and inspired ingredients. This authentic Mediterranean culinary experience will instantly transport guests to the splashing shores of the Amalfi Coast with every delectable bite.
Guests are invited to enjoy live music and live the dolce vita flair long associated with Italian traditions, starting with a selection of courses served family style at Le Sirenuse Miami at Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club. Following, an à la carte selection can be chosen from the featured menu including the tacchino tableside con patate dolci arrosto granola, succo di frutti di bosco e tartufo. This serving of Hudson Valley turkey breast is served tableside and features perfectly roasted sweet potatoes, granola turkey jus, fresh berries and truffle. Finally, finish off with dulcis in fundo, the restaurant’s dessert room, which will surely keep every sweet tooth satisfied. One complimentary beverage is also provided.
Available on Thursday, November 28, 2019 brunch will be served from 11:30 am - 3:30 pm at a cost of USD 160 per adult and USD 75 per child. Children are also welcome to explore à la carte options upon request.
