Begin summer mornings entering the sunlit Champagne Bar and embrace the European ritual of going to the "bar" for a morning caffe and light forenoon chatter. It is here that Head Barista Armando, a coffee connoisseur, welcomes guests and shares his knowledge and craft while preparing beverages of choice or the day’s unique coffee creation, paired with a selection of French and Italian pastries.

Continue a summer day at The Surf Club lounging along the iconic poolside cabanas. The seasonally crafted summer menu progresses through the day, from Bellinis to frutti di mare to champagne and canapés. Fun board games from backgammon to chess will enhance the already unmatched experience, making The Surf Club Cabanas the place to lounge, laugh and dine alongside the dreamy poolscape.

Midday

If enjoying an unhurried afternoon at Lido Restaurant’s ocean-view terrace is of preference, guests will want to savour the new craft pizzas made by Romeo, Lido’s in-house pizzaiolo. Originally from Naples, Italy, Romeo started making pizzas at age eleven, becoming the third generation of pizzaioli in his family. His authentic Neapolitan pizzas are tender, fragrant, and flavourful. Enjoy a pizza Marinara, Margherita, or try one of his daily creations both at Lido during lunchtime or at night at the Champagne Bar.

Summer would not be complete without a favourite frozen sweet treat. Enjoy authentic Italian gelato freshly scooped from The Surf Club’s gelato cart, available poolside to cool down those moments of intense warmth.

Sunset

As the sun begins to set, enjoy a scenic beach picnic just steps away from the historic facade, where tropical fruits, a chef’s selection of canapes, antipasti, and a bottle of champagne will await - the best way to take in the warm summer breeze and last sunlight hours with loved ones or among friends.

Evenings

Head to the captivating Champagne Bar as the evening arrives, where expert bartenders will stroll past with a classic cocktail trolley to create a beverage that fits each unique taste. Whether the preference is dry, smoky, sour, or sweet, skilled bartenders will capture the preferred essence and prepare a made-to-order cocktail with great flare.
