View the “Soul of the City” from Four Seasons Hotel Sydney During Vivid

Just steps away from the Hotel is the Light Walk, which will host the works of 62 light collaborators and 114 light artists from five countries, with street installations re-shaping old sights, surprising projection sites, large-scale immersive experiences and never-before-lit buildings adding new sparkle to the city skyline, while revealing the various artistic interpretations of the “soul of the city.”

Enjoy spectacular uninterrupted views of the colourful projections across the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House from the comfort of a guest room. Before heading out and exploring Vivid at street level, dine at the Hotel's award-winning Mode Kitchen & Bar by Executive Restaurant Chef Francesco Mannelli.

Francesco and his team have created a Vivid-inspired menu featuring a bright purple beetroot risotto, a steamed hapuka with yellow saffron, and a colourful dessert to end the evening. The window to Sydney’s soul can be found at Grain, overlooking George Street and Circular Quay, while the craftsmen behind the bar shake illuminating cocktails. To celebrate, Grain is digging into its inner artist and will have a live artist, James Patrick, create a beautifully glowing Vivid drawing along the exterior window. Guests are invited to take pictures with the stunning backdrop and search for the hidden art to win a prize.

The façade of Four Seasons Hotel Sydney will also feature as a backdrop to a major Vivid Sydney light projection across the cityscape, illuminating the building each evening from 6:00 to 11:00 pm.
