Ten Trinity Square Private Club Appoints Alex Tzatzos as Head Chef

Ten Trinity Square Private Club at Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square announces the appointment of Alex Tzatzos as its Head Chef.

Over the past 15 years, Alex has gained multicultural and international experience having worked in a number of Michelin-starred restaurants. He joins from Nobu Old Park Lane, London where he held the position of senior sous chef for three years.

Prior to Nobu Old Park Lane, Alex was senior chef de partie at Sushi Samba, Heron Tower and before that in Beach Blanket Babylon, Shoreditch. Other positions include working as junior sous chef at the Starwood Luxury Collection Resort and as senior chef de partie for the Santa Marina, Arachova in Greece.

Alex will draw on his extensive global experience and eye for detail to ensure the kitchen is run to the highest standard at Ten Trinity Square Private Members Club, while continuing to create extraordinary and intricate dishes. Chef Alex is known for the incorporation of his signature edible flowers, harmonious flavours and creative presentation.

Head Chef Alex comments, “I’m excited to continue to create a fine dining experience here at the Club by incorporating the countries of France, Peru and Japan for a harmonious and creative menu offering."

A true artist with his work, Alex displays his creative and careful finesse through his dishes. His menus will be served within the Club and featured in the Gourmet Journey Experience at Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square.
