La Dame de Pic London at Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square, the two Michelin-starred restaurant by the world's most decorated female chef, Anne-Sophie Pic, will celebrate International Women’s Day on March 8, 2023 with a one-night-only experience.

Celebrating the finest female craftsmanship in food and beverage, Executive Chef Anne-Sophie Pic and Chef de Cuisine Evens Lopez have designed a six-course menu showcasing the chef’s cooking philosophy of exploring new and unexpected flavour combinations.

Infusing talents and creativity with Natsuki Kikuya, a Sake Samurai, the most prestigious title awarded to sake sommeliers, and Sooji Im from Be-oom, premium sakes and naturally sourced Korean tea brewed tableside in a tea ceremony will be presented in a premium beverage pairing with wines selected by Head Sommelier Élise Mérigaud with a focus on female-led producers to complement the night’s experience

The tasting menu will start with Cornish Mackerel, served in two ways with Douglas Fir, Lactic Vinaigrette and Brassica Ribbons, complemented with Daurenki Caviar.

Second course is Les Berlingots ASP, an Anne-Sophie Pic signature in which delicate pasta parcels are filled with Baron Bigod atop watercress and ground ivy coulis, smoked pine oil, and elevated with seasonal truffles.

The third course, Scottish Lobster, is cooked over embers with Hōjicha, served with Monk’s Beard and Pomelo Hirado. The main course of the evening is Salt Marsh Lamb, marinated in Kombu and fig leaf, served with Tsukudani and celtuce tartelette.

Ending the evening with Saint-Jude, served with conference pear chutney, calvados, and sumac, and dessert in the shape of Yorkshire Rhubarb infused with yellow Bourbon coffee, riz-au-lait with Plymouth gin caramel.

Each course is matched with a beverage pairing where diners will learn and explore the world of Sake, Korean teas as well as wines focused on female producers. Guests can also opt for the non-alcoholic pairing concept “Impregnation Absolue” on this evening.

Journey and Voyage tasting menus are also available on International Women’s Day, where diners will have the option to elevate their experience with Daurenki Caviar to Cornish Mackerel dish, at a supplement of GBP 25 and seasonal truffles to Les Berlingots ASP at a supplement of GBP 50.

International Women’s Day tasting menu is priced at GBP 250 per person, premium beverage pairing is priced GBP 220 per person, exclusively available on March 8, 2023.
