Festive Afternoon Tea. Served in the lively sunlit setting of MAISON MARUNOUCHI, this special edition of Afternoon Tea pays homage to strawberries and citrus, both beloved winter fruits in Japan. Designed by the talented pastry team, the menu features delights such as Strawberry Black Currant Mousse, Strawberry Almond Bar and – the highlight – Strawberry Choux, a composition of strawberries, port wine, orange zest and whipped cream, inspired by vin chaud (French mulled wine). These sweet creations also weave in the distinctive notes of Japanese citrus fruits.

Illumination at Marunouchi Naka-dori Street. One of the most popular illuminations in the city, the 1.2 kilometre (3/4 mile) stretch of Naka-dori shimmers with thousands of champagne-gold lights. The stylish tree-lined street is home to several elegant boutiques and cafés. Powered by green energy, this holiday display is also environment-friendly.
