The Spa at Four Seasons Toronto Launches a Brand New Line of Facials with the Appointment of Senior Spa Director Viviana Quesada
Four Seasons Hotel Toronto welcomes Viviana Quesada as the new Spa Director at the Spa at Four Seasons Toronto. Quesada is also the Senior Spa Director for the Americas and her passion for wellness with more than a decade of global management experience in her field will undoubtedly be an asset to the largest Four Seasons urban spa.
Quesada began her career with the company in 2005 when she joined the team at Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica at Peninsula Papagayo. With her attention to detail and experience working as a physiotherapist, Quesada soon joined the inaugural class of a management training program for Four Seasons spas in 2007. She spent the year travelling to numerous properties learning in-depth knowledge of spa management. An obvious fit for the job, Quesada then moved to Istanbul where she took on the role of Spa Director at the property along the Bosphorus. In 2015, she advanced once again in Punta Mita, Mexico where she was then named Senior Spa Director for the Americas.
With extensive experience in health and wellness, she puts her knowledge to exceptional use liaising with other directors at various properties throughout the region. “We’re fortunate to have Viviana working with us,” says Konrad Gstrein, General Manager, Four Seasons Hotel Toronto. “She’s an invaluable addition and I'm confident that she will lead the team to continue to go above and beyond so we maintain the Spa’s highest standards.”
With 16 treatment rooms, a hair and nail bar, and an indoor pool and whirlpool, the Spa at Four Seasons Toronto is fondly referred to as "Cloud 9," offering the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city below. Since her appointment, Quesada has been working to enhance the guest experience by incorporating new products that will help deliver service that is exceptional and exclusive.
“I want to ensure that everyone that walks into our oasis feels renewed and relaxed,” says Quesada. “What I love most is seeing guests experience the transformation, feeling lighter and more tranquil than when they arrived.”
In her refreshed approach, Quesada has announced the launch of a brand new menu of facials using CRYO technology exclusively offered by the Spa at Four Seasons Toronto in the city, a testament to the brand’s global flagship setting the standard for luxury experiences. The new range of 111SKIN products, a scientific luxurious skincare brand from Harley Street London by Dr. Yannis Alexandrides, is used in conjunction with CRYO technology in signature treatments, the Ultra-Lux Black Diamond Facial and Deluxe Sub-Zero Energy Facial. Using exclusive Celestial Black Diamond powder to enhance the skin’s absorption in conjunction with CRYO technology, the Ultra-Lux Black Diamond Facial targets signs of ageing on a multi-dimensional level. Sub-zero temperatures of CRYO Technology is a clinically advanced treatment that offers an enhanced experience using cooled, purified air to increase microcirculation, which assists in refreshing, detoxifying and purifying the skin.
