Breath-taking floral arrangements will take over the Hotel boutique as celebrity florist Jackie O presents FS at FS, a Flower Shop at Four Seasons. Purchase signature floral arrangements as beautiful and unique as that special someone with flowers from the first pop-up of its kind. FS at FS will run Wednesday, February 12 until Thursday, February 13, 2020 from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Friday, February 14, 2020 from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Enjoy live music by BELLOSOUND while sharing a special Valentine’s inspired menu of hot and cold canapés and sipping on handcrafted cocktails by mixologist Melissa Hart. Feast on the seafood lovers tower or try the tempura oysters with smoked chilli aioli and tempura vegetables before heading out for a romantic evening. For an evening in, join Chef de Cuisine Nicholas Trosien and his culinary team at Café Boulud, and enjoy a flavourful menu and intimate ambiance. Guests are invited to dine from 5:00 to 10:00 pm on February 14, 2020 and try the four-course prix fixe Valentine’s Day menu. Start with the truffle stracciatella followed by mushroom gnocchi made with black truffles, artichokes, spinach subric, wild mushrooms and parmesan. Try the venison with cocoa nib-crusted venison striploin, sunchoke purée, lingonberry and roasted mushrooms before indulging in Be Mine, amarena cherry chocolate mousse with pistachio ice cream and tonka bean cream.
