Four Seasons Tunis Launches “Peruvian Nights” at BLU Bar & Grill
As part of a captivating new culinary series, Four Seasons Hotel Tunis invites guests to experience the vibrant flavours of Peru to its sophisticated outdoor setting at BLU Bar & Grill, taking place from June 22 to July 16, 2023.
This exciting event will showcase the culinary expertise of guest Chef Yovani Guevara from the renowned Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain, as she presents a tantalizing selection of authentic Peruvian dishes that highlight BLU's Latin influences.
Peruvian cuisine is known for its vibrant flavours, fresh ingredients, and unique culinary techniques, and guests at BLU Bar & Grill will have the opportunity to indulge in a variety of mouthwatering dishes throughout the promotional period.
Drawing inspiration from Peru's rich culinary heritage, Chef Yovani Guevara has curated a pop-up menu that promises to transport diners on a culinary journey to the heart of Peru. The Peruvian Nights menu features a range of both cold and hot specialties, each expertly crafted to showcase the diverse flavours and textures of Peruvian cuisine.
Cold specialties include the refreshing Shrimp Ceviche, which combines the freshest shrimp with a tangy leche de tigre marinade, delivering a burst of flavours with every bite.
For those seeking a more adventurous culinary experience, the menu offers an array of hot specialties. The Charcoal Ceviche or Hot Ceviche is a standout dish, featuring the catch of the day, langoustine, and a smoked yellow chili sauce, complemented by cancha, shallots, and sweet potato shavings.
Other highlights include the Crispy Calamari, Causa Crocante, Octopus Anticuchero, Peruvian Chicken Taco, Beef Anticucho, Andean Lamb Chop, and Seabass Tiradito. Not to be missed is the classic Peruvian favourite, Causa with Chicken, a delectable combination of potato, ají amarillo paste, black olive sauce, quail egg, and avocado.
Additionally, guests can savour the traditional Papa a la Huancaína, a cold appetizer featuring boiled baby potatoes, huancaína sauce, quail egg, halloumi cheese, black olives, and potato chips.
