Cherry Blossom Brunch Pop Up at Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC
“Cherry blossom season in DC is the absolute best time of the year,” says BOURBON STEAK General Manager Jose Gonzalez. “This year, especially, we wanted to celebrate with an exciting concept brunch.”
For two weekends only in April, BOURBON STEAK DC sheds its cool exterior to show off its sweeter side with an epic bottomless brunch served outdoors on the immense BOURBON STEAK Patio, THE RANCH covered patio and also indoors.
Executive Chef Robert Curtis unveils his menu of decadent brunch favourites such as bourbon pain perdu with mascarpone and berries drizzled with Egyptian chamomile syrup. For the ultimate in luxurious brunching, the “A5 and Eggs” features a 4 ounce A5 wagyu steak, truffle eggs, crispy pommes Anna and béarnaise.
Guests can sip and savour bottomless rosé wine, sparkling or still, for a USD 35 supplement to their a la carte menu selection. If curated cocktails are desired, Lead Bartender Engidawork (Engi) Alebachew will be mixing his new cocktail menu with a special guest star. Diane’s Bloody Mary makes its debut at BOURBON STEAK DC. Created by Chef Michael Mina’s wife Diane Mina, Diane’s Bloody Mary offers a perfectly spiced blend of garden vegetables in the mix.
The new outdoor space, THE RANCH at BOURBON STEAK DC, launched this past winter and re-imagined for the season, is the perfect place to enjoy a fun outdoor brunch. “We are excited to show off our new spring décor at THE RANCH,” says Hotel Manager Jason De Vries. “Weekend brunch is an important ritual in DC and we look forward to welcoming our guests for this cherry blossom pop up.”
CHERRY BLOSSOM BRUNCH is available the first two weekends of April - April 3-4 and 10-11 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm indoors, on the BOURBON STEAK patio or at THE RANCH.
