Celebrating 35 years of iconic luxury, Four Seasons Hotel Chicago kicks off a year of festivities with a culinary excellence extravaganza. Events throughout the year reaffirm the Hotel’s commitment to extraordinary service and guest experience and set the stage for a year of artistry and innovation in the world of luxury hospitality.

To begin the year, Adorn Restaurant headlines Four Seasons James Beard Foundation Week in New York, followed by a joint icon anniversary menu with Garett Popcorn during Chicago Restaurant Week, which celebrates 75 years.  In March, the restaurant welcomes the Chicago community to honour the legacy of chef craftsmanship and toast to the future.

James Beard Foundation Dinner, January 22-26, 2024

Four Seasons presents an exciting showcase at Platform by the James Beard Foundation, hosting a week of exceptional dinners at Pier 57’s Market Hall. Throughout the week-long event, chefs representing distinct Four Seasons restaurants will take centre stage, bringing their unique culinary expertise to the James Beard audience. Chef Richie Farina represents Chicago with The Whimsical Delights of Adorn Restaurant on January 22.  

Located within Four Seasons Hotel Chicago, Adorn Restaurant showcases artful New American, ingredient-driven menus illuminated by modern techniques that take the familiar and adorn it with unexpected flavours and presentations. At this one-night-only popup of Adorn in New York City, Executive Chef Richie Farina has designed a refined five-course menu that puts a spotlight on the exquisite restaurant’s whimsical offerings with its signature surprises.

Chicago Restaurant Week, January 19-February 4, 2024  

Adorn Restaurant and Chicago icon Garrett Popcorn are teaming up for a collaborative menu during Chicago Restaurant Week. The limited-time-only experience commemorates decades of Windy City operations, celebrating 75 years of Garrett Popcorn and 35 years of Four Seasons Hotel Chicago. The menu brings both savoury and sweet popcorn variations to new life, from starters to desserts. Patrons will begin with the Mac N’ CheeseCorn Bites, paired with giardiniera aioli and a CheeseCorn Garrett Popcorn garnish. Then, the main course highlights the richness of butter, with pan-seared scallops, a buttery Garret Popcorn puree, pancetta, parsnips, and frisee. The Sweet Salsify dessert completes the trifecta with Chocolate Garrett Popcorn ice cream and nitro chocolate popcorn puffs being prepared tableside. Reservations.

Seasons of Culinary Excellence Dinner, March 21, 2024

Celebrating 35 years of culinary excellence, Chef Richie Farina hosts a special five-course chef dinner with Chicago culinary community leaders and Hotel Chef alumni Carrie Nahabedian, Sarah Stegner and Kevin Hickey. The proceeds from the event will go towards supporting local non-profits including Howard Brown Health, which celebrates 50 years of service in Chicago. Reservations.
