This October, Four Seasons Hotel Chicago marks Breast Cancer Awareness Month with opportunities for guests to sip, dine and pamper “with pink” to benefit the Lynn Sage Cancer Research Foundation.

Drink Pink with the Rose Afternoon Tea

This October in Seasons Lounge, guests can sip for a cause with the Rose Afternoon Tea, featuring a selection of teas and a glass of Laurent-Perrier-Cuvée Rosé, pink-inspired pastries, a selection of finger sandwiches, scones, tea breads and whipped double Devon cream and preserves. Cost is USD 43.00 per person, with 15% of proceeds going to the Lynn Sage Cancer Research Foundation. Afternoon tea is offered Monday through Saturday, with seatings beginning at 3:00 pm. Reservations are recommended.

Pamper with Pink at the Spa

At the Spa, guests will feel the healing power of pink with the Pamper with Pink manicure and pedicure, each incorporating pink clay and sweet red rose for a rejuvenating spa experience. Pamper with Pink features an exfoliation with a Clarisonic brush, which uses micro-massage action to clean, soften and smooth skin. Next, a pink clay masque is applied to stimulate circulation and detoxify skin, and then a sweet red rose moisturiser soothes and rejuvenates the hands and feet.

Guests can “polish off” the experience with a nail colour from SpaRitual’s In Pink collection, which benefits Living in Pink, an organisation that funds research and awareness programs in the fight against breast cancer. Choose from Living in Pink, Laughing in Pink and Loving in Pink. The journey concludes with a glass of pink champagne and pink macarons in the Spa’s tranquil Relaxation Lounge.

The manicure and pedicure are available September 22 to November 20, 2010. Cost is USD 55.00 for the manicure and USD 85.00 for the pedicure, with 15% of all proceeds donated to the Lynn Sage Cancer Research Foundation. Appointments are recommended.
