Mother’s Day Brunch at Curate (May 12, 2024)

Share this special Sunday with Mom over an extravagant brunch buffet at Curate. A warm welcome awaits families at this vibrant all-day restaurant, bright with sunlight and floral décor.

With Four Seasons chefs taking care of all the cooking, moms are invited to indulge in their favourite dishes from around the world — from dim sum, sushi and sashimi to flavourful delicacies from the Middle East and India. Expertly prepared Malay-Asian dishes provide the comforting taste of home.

Designed to please every palate, the sumptuous spread includes fresh seafood, sustainable “green” creations, freshly carved meats and western brunch classics. The dessert counter calls for repeat trips, with more than 20 sweet treats on offer. Highlights include the New York Cheesecake, Rose and Roasted Peach Apam Balik, and Chocolate Um with Pistachio. Mother’s Day Menu at Yun House (May 11-12, 2024)

Chef Jimmy Wong and his team pull out all the stops to create two dazzling Mother’s Day menus at Yun House — the ultimate feast for moms who love Cantonese cuisine. Discover a selection of elevated Cantonese dishes, meticulously crafted with premium ingredients to delight even the most discerning of palates.

The Braised Fish Maw features chicken wings stuffed with bean curd sheets and jumbo asparagus, while the Steamed Parrot Fish shines with the delicate flavours of Teochew, such as silky bean curd chicken oil and smoked sea salt. Each journey concludes with an exquisite dessert duo.

Mothers are greeted with a delicious welcome mocktail, and each table receives a box of Orient-inspired chocolates and ginger tea sorbets, compliments of Four Seasons.
