The new "bucket barbecue" set includes a selection of vegetable crudites and dips to start with, followed by grilling selections such as jumbo tiger prawns, wagyu ribeye steaks, New Zealand lamb chops or succulent chicken, all served with sauces and sides, and followed by decadent desserts. So guests can place their order, relax on the daybed, gaze up at the swaying palms and twinkling stars above, while a“bucket barbecue,” complete with red hot coals for perfect grilling, is delivered right to their deck. And why not order a chilled bottle of wine or a bucket of beers to go with it?
