Fares Bouneb, an Ottoman descendant born in Tunisia but Mexican at heart, inherited his passion for gastronomy from his mother and grandmother, with whom he grew up in the kitchen. Over the years, this passion for his vocation has only grown stronger, leading him to pursue his tourism studies at the University of Sidi Dhrif, Tunisia.

Passionate about travelling and experiencing other cultures, he has been able to indulge in his greatest interests such as gastronomy, oenology, languages, history, and neurolinguistic programming. He has always sought to evolve and stay on trend.

One of his favourite sayings is “Le client est roi” – the customer is king - which has allowed him to focus on one of his innate qualities - customer service. He has directed all his efforts towards surpassing their expectations, forming high-performance teams, which he has always considered his greatest strength.

Above all, Fares is a passionate lover of Mexican gastronomy, culture, and traditions, which is why he loves Mexico, a country he proudly considers his home. As a chef knowledgeable about different types of cuisine, he can create the perfect combination of food and drink for even the most discerning palate, leaving his unique mark.
