This holiday season, Four Seasons Hotel Miami invites guests and locals alike to celebrate in the heart of Brickell with a curated collection of festive dining experiences, seasonal traditions and New Year's Eve celebrations. Across Edge Miami, NUNA and Séptimo, the Hotel presents an array of culinary experiences designed to bring family and friends together, from indulgent holiday brunches and contemporary Nikkei cuisine to an Old Hollywood-inspired countdown to 2027.

Holiday Brunches at Edge Miami

Edge Miami brings family and friends together for Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year's Day with festive brunch buffets featuring fresh seafood, a raw bar, hand-rolled sushi, carving stations and an assortment of holiday desserts. Traditional favorites, including roasted turkey on Thanksgiving, complement the restaurant's contemporary American offerings. 

Thanksgiving brunch takes place on Thursday, November 26, at USD 175 per person; Christmas Day brunch on Friday, December 25, at USD 185 per person; and New Year's Day brunch on Friday, January 1, 2027, at USD 175 per person. 

Thanksgiving and Christmas at NUNA

For a departure from traditional holiday dining, NUNA offers a contemporary Nikkei experience that brings together Japanese culinary techniques and vibrant Peruvian flavors. Created by acclaimed Chef Jaime Pesaque, with Chef de Cuisine Nazaev Esparza leading the kitchen, the restaurant offers an intimate setting for festive gatherings. 

On Thanksgiving, November 26, guests can enjoy NUNA's signature à la carte menu alongside seasonal specials. Celebrations continue on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, December 24 and 25, with an array of signature dishes, sushi and festive additions designed for sharing. 

New Year's Eve Dinner at NUNA

On Thursday, December 31, NUNA closes out the year with a festive dining experience celebrating its signature Nikkei cuisine. Guests will enjoy chef-curated culinary stations followed by a choice of entrée, accompanied by music from a live DJ throughout the evening. 

Two seatings offer different ways to celebrate, with an early dinner for those beginning their New Year's Eve festivities and a later celebration culminating in a midnight countdown and Champagne toast. An optional beverage package is available, and cocktail attire is encouraged. 

An Old Glamour New Year's Eve at Séptimo

Séptimo welcomes 2027 with an Old Glamour-inspired celebration, bringing an evening of cocktails, music and festivities to the hotel's seventh-floor cocktail lounge. From 8:30 pm to 1:00 am on December 31, guests are invited to dress for the occasion and raise a glass to the year ahead. 

The cocktail-driven celebration features bottomless curated cocktails, music and a midnight Champagne toast. Guests can choose between standing admission or reserved table packages for a more intimate experience with friends. Table packages include premium Champagne selections and access to the evening's beverage offerings, while a limited menu of bites will be available upon request. 

With its sophisticated atmosphere and modern Miami energy, Séptimo offers a stylish setting to welcome the new year. Cocktail attire is encouraged.
