A scenic eight-minute golf cart ride from the main area of Four Seasons Resort Nevis, the Hill Estate sits 300 feet (90 metres) above sea level, offering remarkable views of Nevis Peak and the Caribbean Sea. The seven-bedroom estate is scattered across 10,578 square feet (983 square metres) in four separate villas, ranging from one to three bedrooms. These homes offer complete privacy, modern touches and sweeping views that are sure to provide a therapeutic escape.

With a private entranceway, you’ll feel like you’re entering your own neighbourhood, giving the feeling of the ultimate home-away-from-home for multi-generational families. Throughout each villa, you’ll find modern ergonomic furniture from international brands such as B&B Italia and Lin Rose custom décor with colourful touches in each separate living space. Two of the four villas have fully-equipped kitchens and laundry areas with modern appliances, including brands such as GE Monogram and Nespresso.

Along with a massage room, four private pools, four outdoor garden showers and dedicated laundry rooms, you can work up a sweat, cool off and refresh as desired. Rooms are thoughtfully decorated with original photography taken by the owners during their travels. Family Retreats

The largest residence in the compound is a four-bedroom, 7,025 square foot (653 square metre) home. It sleeps up to eight guests and has airy central entertainment spaces found on both floors, making it perfect for movie or game nights with the family. Foodies will be impressed by the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with an island and bar to prepare your own farm-fresh, gourmet meals without having to leave. Made for relaxing in privacy and nature; the transitional design allows you to seamlessly slip onto the garden terrace, and into the private pool while rich, Nevisian sunlight pours through the surrounding trees. This self-contained residence can also be combined with a separate cottage that has its own pool and deck area overlooking Nevis Peak. All this makes it truly ideal for those travelling with friends or extended family.

The second family-friendly residence on the compound is the 2,905 square foot (270 square metre), two-bedroom home, a primary suite and a smaller bedroom that can easily be converted into an office space for catching up on work or study while you’re on island. This sleek villa also boasts a full kitchen, which has seen many delicious dishes prepared by our masterful team of chefs upon the guests’ request. The home also features an impressive home gym, one of two at the Hill Estate, as well as a private spa with a massage room with side-by-side spa treatment beds. Exit through the spacious loggia to the ground terrace and enjoy the pool and private garden beyond for more quiet enjoyment.

In-Home Technogyms: Uninterrupted Routines in Nature

Both home gyms on the property come equipped with Technogym machines; a stationary bike, elliptical and treadmill. Perhaps one of the more interesting design features of these two spaces is the glass-lined cut-out on the far wall, revealing an immersive aquarium-like view. You can watch family and friends perform water ballet in the pool above as you enjoy your workout. The gyms also feature a mini fridge, sound system, flat-screen TV and a leather couch for relaxing after a great workout.

Honeymoon Hideaways

The Hill Estate also features two one-bedroom cottages, which are ideal love nests for couples on retreat or as an extra room for extended family. Both cozy abodes exude luxury and private tropical opulence.

The first of the two is a plush 545 square foot (51 square metre) guest house perched at the very top of the compound, offering its own unique views of Nevis Peak and the mountainside below. The private suite opens onto a spacious wooden deck and infinity plunge pool, just right for couples who enjoy sunbathing and seclusion.  

Just across the way is another tranquil treasure. Not your average luxury guest house, this one-bedroom, 648 square foot (60 square metre) suite angles its king-sized bed toward a panoramic glass window, allowing for heavenly views of the verdant terrain and dramatic natural lighting – especially at sunset. Exit the suite from its northern corner to enjoy the private garden twin shower and, from there, take a whimsical stroll along an arched bridge that reaches through the secluded back garden to a private infinity pool, perfect for dips in the moonlight.

Getting Around: Guests staying in any of our villas get dedicated six-seater golf carts to get you around easily. The drive to the Hill Estate offers scenic views of the lower slopes of Nevis Peak, where you can observe captivating views of our world-famous golf course and likely be greeted by some playful monkeys or even a few donkeys roaming the property. With just an eight-minute golf cart ride to the main Resort facilities, you'll feel close enough to it all without worry.

Farm Fresh Grocery Delivery: Nevis is known for having the most fertile soil in the Caribbean because of its non-active volcano, Nevis Peak. A simple drive along the island’s main road showcases an abundance of fruit trees, vegetables and other provisions growing on roadsides, open fields and in the yards of the surrounding community. When you stay at the Hill Estate, you'll have a kitchen to rival any restaurant, so you'll want to get some provisions to create your specialty dish away from home. You can order fresh provisions through our fridge stocking service and select all the ingredients for the perfect meal. You can have it pre-delivered and waiting for you or order it as you go with your Villa Ambassador.

Backyard Fun: During the day, everyone can enjoy playing in one of the Hill Estate’s many pools. You can have pool toys delivered to the villa or lounge in a comfortable poolside lounger. If you're looking for some friendly competition, a putt-putt course can also be arranged on the lawn with fun stations for the whole family to join.
