With a deep understanding of the art of relaxation, Hassan assists guests in de-stressing and reconnecting with their inner selves in the tranquility that is found in the heart of nature. His advanced training in meditation with Path Society Tanzania and Yoga Poravida Foundation in Spain has provided a deep understanding of the human mind and body, which is then used to create customized yoga and meditation practices tailored to the individual needs of guests of Four Seasons Safari Lodge Serengeti.

One of Hassan's specialties is udgeeth pranayama, an ancient breathing technique that uses the sound and vibration of the Aum mantra to promote healing and well-being. This practice is especially beneficial for those feeling stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed.
