This year’s baked mooncake box is a work of art, adorned with intricate Chinese peony motifs and patterns, with two colours to choose from - soft pastel hues of lilac or sky blue. Mooncake Collection

For this season’s baked collection, look forward to signature classics and a new Pumpkin Lotus Paste with Dark Chocolate, featuring a velvety smooth pumpkin lotus paste perfectly fused with rich dark chocolate that will deliver earthy, nutty and subtly sweet notes, and a harmonious balance of flavours with layers of depth and complexity.

With a focus on classics, the baked selection also sees the return of the signature Assorted Nuts with Smoked Duck, inspired by Jiang-Nan Chun’s signature mesquite wood-roasted Peking Duck; a savoury rendition that is chockfull of spices and promises a satisfying crunch of mixed nuts with every bite.  Also on the menu are house favourites such as the Silver Lotus Paste with Single Yolk and Silver Lotus Paste with Double Yolk.

Each baked mooncake spotlights the natural flavour of top quality ingredients including low-sugar premium silver lotus.

Snowskin mooncake lovers will be excited about Jiang-Nan Chun’s Jasmine Tea and Pear; a harmonious blend of fragrant flavours, with the complementary natural sweetness of ripe pears. Alternatively, debuting this season from Nobu Singapore is the Miso, Cranberry and White Chocolate, an infusion of flavours that offers a modern twist on tradition, revealing a surprising combination of umami undertones and a refreshing contrast of tarty sweetness.

Traditionally known for its attributes such as enhancing one’s complexion, the exquisite Bird’s Nest with Custard mooncake presents a velvety custard that gently envelopes and complements the bird’s nest centre. Lovers of the “king of fruit” will also be thrilled by the aromatic, smooth and creamy Mao Shan Wang Durian snowskin mooncake.

Copenhagen Organic Sparkling Teas

Elevate the season and pair the exquisite mooncakes with organic sparkling teas by Copenhagen, a Danish label developed by award-winning sommelier Jacob Kocemba and business partner Bo Sten Hensen.
