This Mid-Autumn Festival, Four Seasons Hotel Singapore invites guests to celebrate the season of reunion with an elegant collection of handcrafted mooncakes by the Hotel’s award-winning Cantonese restaurant, Michelin-recommended Jiang-Nan Chun. Inspired by the success of its highly sought-after 2025 collection, this year’s edition presents new flavour creations alongside a thoughtfully enhanced iteration of its signature embroidered tote packaging.

The baked mooncake selection welcomes two new flavours such as the Low Sugar Maple White Lotus Paste with Walnuts, which offers a delicate balance of natural sweetness and nutty richness, while the Tropical Lychee White Lotus Paste with Cranberry and Goji Berries presents a vibrant medley of floral and gently tart notes. These are presented alongside perennial favourites such as the Silver Lotus Paste with Double Yolk, prized for its smooth, rich filling and savoury salted egg yolk, and the Charcoal Black Sesame with Mochi, celebrated for its aromatic depth and contrasting chewy texture.

For those who prefer the delicate textures of snow skin mooncakes, the indulgent Custard Bird’s Nest pairs silky custard with the prized delicacy of bird’s nest for a luxuriously smooth finish, while the Balsamic Strawberry delivers a refined interplay of sweetness and tanginess. These are complemented by returning signatures including the Mao Shan Wang Durian, renowned for its creamy intensity and rich aroma, and the Kunafa Pistachio Pandan Chocolate, a crowd favourite that combines nutty crunch with fragrant pandan and rich chocolate notes.

Following its sold-out debut in 2025, the Hotel’s embroidered tote bag packaging returns as a centrepiece of this year’s collection. Inspired by birds and florals, symbols of harmony, beauty and renewal, the intricately crafted design is reintroduced in a beautiful forest green this year, evoking timeless elegance and nature-inspired sophistication. Debuting for 2026 is an elegant cream-coloured variation, lending a timeless and versatile aesthetic to the keepsake. Both stylish and functional, the totes are designed for everyday use beyond the festive season.
