Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis invites guests to celebrate the holidays with a collection of immersive experiences that capture the warmth, wonder, and sparkle of the season. From the return of the Holiday Lodge pop-up and a thoughtfully curated Holiday Suite Experience, to elegant dining occasions at Ramsay’s Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay, every moment has been designed to delight and connect. 

The Holiday Lodge 

Returning for its second year, The Holiday Lodge transforms from the Hotel’s Topgolf Swing Suite into a winter wonderland high above the city from November 21, 2025 – January 3, 2026. Guests are invited to sip festive cocktails, savour seasonal small plates and sweet treats, and unwind amid twinkling lights and plush plaid blankets. The atmosphere is completed with the sounds of contemporary and classic holiday music, alongside nostalgic Christmas films projected throughout the space. 

Open nightly from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm Sunday through Thursday and 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays, The Holiday Lodge offers a festive destination where the city skyline glows as bright as the season. The Holiday Lodge is now available to be booked on OpenTable.

Stay in Holiday Style: The Holiday Suite Experience 

This season, guests can make the celebration last with the Holiday Suite Experience, a luxurious in-room retreat filled with festive touches. Each suite is elegantly decorated with seasonal décor and twinkling lights, setting the stage for a memorable stay. 

The experience includes a choice between a cocktail-making kit, complete with premium ingredients and recipes to craft seasonal sips, or a gingerbread decorating kit for families looking to create a little holiday magic together. Guests can also enjoy an in-room movie selection of holiday favourites, perfect for a cozy night in, along with a dining credit for In-Room Dining.

Festive Dining at Ramsay’s Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay 

Throughout the holiday season, Ramsay’s Kitchen invites guests to gather over elevated dining experiences that celebrate tradition, creativity, and refined flavours. 

Thanksgiving Day | Thursday, November 27 

Celebrate the season with a festive Roasted Turkey Plate, featuring potato purée, stuffing, green beans, turkey gravy, and cranberry sauce. The dish is priced at USD 65 for adults and USD 35 for children. 

For a more intimate celebration, private dining experiences are offered family-style in the Sky Lobby, River North, and Chef’s Table rooms. The family-style menu is priced at USD 145 per person, or guests may enjoy the Chef’s Table Carved Turkey Experience for USD 165 per person, with children under twelve dining for USD 75. Christmas Day | Thursday, December 25 

Celebrate with an indulgent Beef Wellington for Two, served with truffle potato purée and bone marrow bordelaise available for USD 160. Reservations are available via OpenTable.

New Year’s Eve | Wednesday, December 31 

Ring in 2026 with a three-course prix fixe menu (USD 185/person), featuring starters, mains, and desserts that highlight the artistry and flair of Ramsay’s Kitchen. Entrées include favourites such as Duck, Scallops, and the iconic Beef Wellington, followed by desserts like Sticky Toffee Pudding, Chocolate Caviar, and Panna Cotta. Guests may also enjoy Missouri Caviar for USD 150 and champagne to mark the moment in style. Reservations are required via OpenTable

New Year’s Day Brunch | Thursday, January 1 

Begin the new year with a lively New Year’s Day Brunch from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, featuring a live DJ, a Bloody Mary Bar, and bottomless mimosas. Reservations are available via OpenTable.

Private Dining for the Holidays 

For those seeking an intimate celebration, Ramsay’s Kitchen offers private dining experiences across several elegant spaces, including the Sky Lobby, River North, and the Chef’s Table. 

Throughout the festive season, guests may indulge in the Taste of Beef Wellington Experience, available exclusively in the Chef’s Table dining room. This immersive culinary presentation features the restaurant’s signature Beef Wellington carved tableside by a chef, creating an unforgettable and elevated dining experience. The Taste of Beef Wellington Experience is available for a USD 250 fee and is ideal for family gatherings, corporate dinners, or intimate holiday events.
