“There is real beauty in the similarities between the natural hospitality of Saudi Arabians and that of our own,” says Ulf Bremer. Leading the guest experience at the destination, located within a regenerative luxury development by Red Sea Global along the northwest coast of Saudi Arabia, Bremer draws inspiration from both the service culture of Four Seasons and the traditions of the host country. “We are quite removed from the gleaming cities that most travellers are familiar with. Here, we welcome citizens of the world into a home away from home, offering them the opportunity to share our comforts and experiences as they discover something new.”

Bremer oversees a distinctive hospitality concept at Four Seasons AMAALA at Triple Bay. Situated between the foothills of the Hijazi Mountains and the blue waters of Hijaz Cove, the resort offers a range of accommodations and amenities. In line with the wellness focus of the eight‑acre development, described by Bremer as one where people and planet come first, the landscaped property includes a spa with a sculpted waterfall set within a tranquil environment. Fitness and outdoor experiences are also available, including guided hiking, mountain biking, stargazing, equestrian trails and an oceanfront golf course extending across hills, wadis, forests and beaches.

For Bremer, wellbeing underpins luxury hospitality. “From mindfulness and spiritual connection to the caring culture guests become part of, wellness is at the heart of everything.” With a focus on guest wellbeing and environmental responsibility, the resort reflects the broader Four Seasons approach to hosting.

The resort team plays a central role in delivering this vision. In alignment with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, Four Seasons AMAALA at Triple Bay embraces its role in introducing the country’s natural and cultural richness, supported by a strong contingent of Saudi colleagues and the shared values of Four Seasons teams from around the world.

Bremer’s hospitality career spans multiple continents. Born in southwest Germany and raised across several cities, he initially considered a career in aviation before following his father’s suggestion to pursue hospitality. His first assignment outside Europe was in Saudi Arabia in 1992, marking the start of an international career that later led him to roles across Asia, a period with Hyatt Hotels in Europe, and more than two decades with Shangri‑La Hotels and Resorts.

A committed family man, Bremer values the global perspective his career has afforded. He enjoys outdoor pursuits including hiking, scuba diving and golf. His interest in nature began in childhood travels with his father, during which he assisted in collecting beetle specimens. “I travelled widely as his hunter, supporting his entomological research and classification work,” he recalls, noting that two beetle species have since been named in his honour, one in Malaysia and one in Saudi Arabia.
