Four Seasons Hotel Amman Highlights Culinary Craftsmanship at the Jordan International Food Festival

Four Seasons Hotel Amman is highlighting its culinary excellence by participating in the inaugural Jordan International Food Festival (JIFF) from August 7 until 11, 2024.

The festival is a global culinary event celebrating Jordanian cuisine, culture, and community.

Held in the heart of Amman at the King Hussein Business Park, the Festival spans 50,000 square metres (500,000 square feet) across different zones catering to a variety of tastes, interests, and ages.

Building on its reputation of offering culinary craftsmanship, Four Seasons Hotel Amman is participating in the festival with daily menus that showcase the restaurants and lounges at the property so guests can select the cuisine that matches their tastebuds.

On August 7, enjoy a selection of popular dishes from The Foyer Lounge, the living room of the Hotel. On August 8, indulge in the vibrant flavours of Mezzeh, which offers Levant cuisine. On August 9, experience the taste of French classics with signature dishes from La Capitale Brasserie. On August 10, savour the essence of Southern California at the Four Seasons booth, featuring FIVE Grill & Lounge's cuisine. Finally on August 11, experience the flavours of SIRR Bar with an exquisite selection.

Organized by the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities and the Jordan Tourism Board, JIFF promises an immersive experience featuring curated tastings by Michelin-starred chefs, live demonstrations, cooking workshops, music concerts, local markets, and family entertainment—all enriched with Jordanian hospitality.

JIFF will witness an exceptional lineup of chefs, food writers, and culinary experts, each bringing their unique expertise and passion to the festival. From world-renowned chefs showcasing their signature dishes to food writers sharing their insights and culinary experts demonstrating innovative techniques, this gathering is a celebration of all things food.
