Ali Obeidat brings more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He began his career as a housekeeping linen attendant before progressing through roles in the Rooms Division. His transition into Sales & Marketing began with a position as a Catering Sales Executive, setting the foundation for a successful leadership career in the discipline.
He joined Four Seasons in 2017 as Director of Sales & Marketing, a role he held for six years before returning to an operational path with his appointment as Director of Rooms in 2023. In 2025, he was promoted to Hotel Manager, becoming the first Jordanian to hold the role at Four Seasons Hotel Amman.
With experience across resort and city hotel operations, Ali has played a key role in the repositioning of the Hotel from a predominantly corporate property to a leading choice for leisure travellers visiting Amman and Jordan. He is known for steady leadership during challenging periods and for fostering a culture rooted in collaboration, warmth and authenticity.
