World-renowned Chef Eran Tibi will take over Bamboo Bar & Grill - April 5-12, 2023 (excluding April 10) - Chef Eran Tibi, known for his phenomenal modern Israeli cooking, will be taking over Bamboo Bar & Grill starting April 5. Originally from Tel Aviv, Chef Eran derives much inspiration from his mother's Middle Eastern home cooking. His residency menu will include signature dishes from his esteemed restaurants Kapara and Bala Baya, as well as fresh, sustainably sourced ingredients, freshly baked breads, signature seafood dishes, and show-stopping desserts. The menu will also include cauliflower steak crumble, and several fish platters including the catch of the day. Chef Eran is the mastermind behind several successful global culinary concepts, and his food is revered around the world for how thoroughly it showcases his passion and creativity.

Rising wellness star Stefanie DiLibero will provide acupuncture and holistic healing  methods to restore health and balance – April 3-9, 2023 - Globally renowned wellness expert Stefanie DiLibero will hold a residency at Four Seasons Anguilla this spring for an exciting wellness experience. Named "Best Acupuncturist for Natural Botox" by New York Magazine, Stephanie is the founder of Gotham Wellness and has been mastering her craft for more than 20 years. She will offer acupuncture and acupuncture facials through a safe, painless, natural, drug-free, and effective method to restore her patient's health and help balance their lives.

Enjoy Easter Sunday at the Resort’s SALT restaurant - April 9, 2023 - Four Seasons Anguilla will be offering brunch for Easter Sunday this year that will include a fantastic menu from its renowned restaurant SALT, and will include a USD 69 buffet with a USD 22 Mimosa and Rum Punch bar, live entertainment from Vere Musiq, and an Easter hunt that will stretch all the way from the restaurant to Kids For All Seasons. The menu will be curated by Executive Chef Manu Calderon, which will include a buffet with Anguillian favourites such as crayfish, as well as BBQ options by local BBQ master Paper. The menu will also include Gelato from the Resort’s recent collaboration with Gelato & Co. Gelato-loving hotel guests will be spoiled with the beloved traditional Italian flavours such as mango, white chocolate, and lemongrass and will be able to add innovative tropical additions to their gelato such as pyrat soaked raisins and several other local ingredients and herbs that will come from the chef’s garden. Gelato & Co. Founder Stefano Franceschi trained the Resort team on how to make the gelato truly special. Additionally, guests will be able to enjoy an outstanding meal while looking out into the beautiful blue waters of the Caribbean from this breath-taking restaurant. The brunch will take place from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, and the Easter hunt will begin at 3:00 pm.
