Lorenzo Maestripieri joined Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla in June 2018 as the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, after three standout years of leading the Food and Beverage team through the challenges of the COVID era, he was promoted to the Director of Food and Beverage in August 2021. In April 2023, Lorenzo made an uncommon but telling move, transitioning from the Food and Beverage team into the Rooms Division as the Director of Rooms, reflecting his appetite for new challenges and continuous learning. During his time in Anguilla Lorenzo delivered exceptional results, driving record guest satisfaction, and leading the team with agility and consistency.
Originally from a small mountain village in the Tuscan countryside, Lorenzo began his Four Seasons journey in 2008 as part of the opening team at Four Seasons Hotel Firenze, starting as the Chef de Rang. In 2011, he joined the reopening team at the iconic Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane as a Restaurant Manager. He went on to hold several leadership roles across the property, including In-Room Dining, Lounge Manager, and Restaurant General Manager, and he even managed to squeeze in a taskforce assignment at Four Seasons Resort Seychelles at Desroches Island. Throughout his vast international experiences, London remains especially meaningful for Lorenzo as it is where he met his wife, Josefin.
Today Lorenzo, Josefin, their three sons, Lucas, Marcus, and Nicolas, and their two Anguillan dogs, Hero and Freya, have made Anguilla home. As a family, they have embraced island life and remain actively involved in community outreach and local initiatives, continuing to deepen their connection to the place they proudly call home.
