The culinary minds of Executive Pastry Chef Daniella Lea Rada, Restaurant Chef Chad “Sosa” Hester and Banquet Chef Jonathan Hoefle have come together to create an exquisite three-course prix fixe menu specially curated for Suite Celebrations.

The globally-inspired menu includes indulgences that range from rich Pan Seared Duck Breast with Heirloom Carrots and Duchess Sweet Potatoes to Southern-inspired Georgia Squash Lasagna.

In the days before arriving to the Hotel, a member of the Hotel’s Concierge team connects with the guests to customize their dining preferences. Couples will discover a modern sanctuary set for an intimate dinner in the comfort of their suite, including candles, rose petals and a chilled bottle of Champagne.

Guests have access to the Hotel’s resort-style amenities: an intimate spa with 10 treatment rooms; fitness centre with state-of-the-art equipment; two critically acclaimed restaurants, Bar Margot and Park 75; a marble natatorium bathed in natural sunlight with a 62-foot (19 metre) heated swimming pool; and an outdoor terrace to revel in the warm sunshine.

In addition to Suite Celebrations, other enhancements to a suite stay include: dessert-making class or specialty chocolate tasting with pastry chef; fresh floral arrangements; private cocktail class or wine tasting with the Hotel’s mixologist or sommelier; dedicated Experience Captain to help create and execute a personalized stay. Seasonal add-ons include festive trees, gingerbread creations, and kid’s mini tents.
