Celebrate Mom on Mother’s Day with an elegant brunch at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta.

Raise a toast with a complimentary welcome craft cocktail upon arrival before indulging in a lavish brunch experience designed to make this Mother’s Day a special day to remember.

Families can savour a gourmet spread of specialty menu items curated from the freshest seasonal ingredients, accompanied by endless Mimosas and innovative pastry arts.

Carving stations feature hickory smoked prime rib, slow roasted leg of lamb and salmon en croute. For seafood lovers, a raw bar will offer a vast array such as grouper tiradito, salmon rillettes, oysters, shrimp cocktail, green-lipped mussels, shumai and hand-rolled sushi.

Made-to-order omelette station and traditional breakfast favourites include red velvet waffles, butter and almond croissants, danishes, seasonal muffins, cinnamon rolls, butterscotch or buttermilk pancakes, pain au chocolat, fresh fruit, and bagels and lox.

Live action chef stations serve sherry jus poached rack of lamb, veal ravioli, cauliflower and English pea purees, glazed pearl onions and pinot noir jus. Plates can be filled with sides such as roasted fingerling potatoes with herbes de provence, haricot vert with bacon and onions, truffle mac and cheese, glazed pearl onions, fried chicken wings with homemade hot sauce, salmon gnocchi, Manhattan clam chowder, pork links, smoked bacon, and chicken sausage.

Select from fresh seasonal salads, local cheeses and charcuterie, assorted freshly baked breads, nuts, homemade jams, and small bites such as vegetable spring rolls, pot stickers, and devilled eggs.

End on a sweet note with elaborate desserts from Executive Pastry Chef Eric Snow, an immersive taste journey filled with champagne gelees, assorted macarons, potted carrot cake, lavender panna cotta, tarts of chocolate, grapefruit or lemon meringue tarts, rich chocolate dipped strawberries, crème caramel, artistic cake pops, and strawberry frasier.

Mother’s Day Brunch will be available from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm on Sunday, May 12, 2024. Cost is USD 159 for adults and USD 79.50 for children ages 5-12.
